50M admitted by @PPM4 with metabolic syn and cirrhosis for further workup.
Had cellulitis 3 months back that appears to be retrospectively a lymphangitis going by his current peu de orange.
Initial diabetes diagnosed after admission for left shin osteomyelitis 15 years back.
His son was admitted with us 3 years back for unexplained portal hypertension and underwent splenectomy here. @PPM2 @PPM3
