This is an Online E Log Book to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking her signed informed consent. Here we discuss our patient's problems through series of inputs from available global online community experts with an aim to solve those patient's clinical problems with collective current best evidence based inputs.

Caretaker - The patient is vomiting whatever she is eating.

When was the last time she had a similar vomiting din morning?
How many times since morning? What has she eaten since morning?
Caretaker - Since morning whatever she is eating.

How many times has she eaten since morning?
How does she feel at other times?
What medications is she currently on?
Ask them to share the images of all the medicines she is currently on and what medicines has she taken since morning
Caretaker - Morning idli at 8:30
Afternoon rice 1:30 after lunch she vomited since afternoon she vomting after eating anything even after drinking tea she vomited.
PPM 1 - Vomited twice since morning?
How is she feeling now?
Does she feel like having dinner?
What medications is she currently on?
Share the images of all the medicines she is currently on and what medicines has she taken since morning.

Caretaker - Yes she is hungry now.
PPM 1 - Stop HCQ and Ultracet and the vomiting will come down
Also instead of glimiperide and metformin combination she should take them separately.
