[02-04-2025 15.01] PPM 3: Yesterday evening After debridement of necrotic tissue

[02-04-2025 15.15] PPM 1: Today's update. Urine output yesterday's 24 hours is 50 ml and input 5.7

 liters. 1st hemo dialysis done at midnight yesterday and ultrafiltrate removed was 500 ml

[03-04-2025 14.50] PPM 1: Afternoon session update: 29M AKI yesterday output nil, 2nd Hemodialysis ultrafiltrate 500 ml, urine output today in 12 hours is 25 ml and urine examination shows albumin 2+ and serum albumin 1.77 today which has come down from 2.75 on day 1 and 1.90 on day 2. Is this AKI due to AGN or ATN or both? BP charting hourly so far has been normal.
