The patient is a 40yr old female, a doctor by profession has the compliant of stomachache and bloating since April 2025. She consulted a doctor and was prescribed medicine for urinary tract infection. After taking medication she had some relief and she got her monthly periods on June 10th after getting delayed for 4 months. Last period was on 12th February.
On May 10th she again had severe stomachache and then the doctor prescribed medicine for H. Pylori.
It has been more than a month, still there is no relief from bloating especially in the morning. She feels heavy and uneasy with bloating.
