[08-10-2025 15.42] PPM 1: Have invited our PaJR ophthalmologist to comment on his red eye but other than the patient noticing it all of a sudden yesterday can we have a little bit more history as to when exactly, at what time and what was he doing before that? Did he have cough recently?
[08-10-2025 16.11] PPM 3: This is subconjunctival hemorrhage. Harmless.
Please ensure that the blood pressure is normal.
May use Mezol or Decomic plus eye drop one drop 3 times a day for 2 weeks in the affected eye only.
Please refrain from rubbing.
[15-10-2025 14.46] PA: 12 hours after the red patch first discovered.
After 36 hours.
[15-10-2025 14.51] PA: It was noticed after waking up in the morning. No particular injury or rubbing the eye happened as per the knowledge of the patient.The patient visited an eye surgeon after 48 hours and he also diagnosed Subconjunctival Hemorrhage.
Eye pressure: normal.
Only an anomaly was noticed while measuring blood pressure in the clinic outside. 107 / 56 with pulse rate 70.
His usual is 130/80 with pulse rate 72
