15M born on 24/04/2010 by normal vaginal delivery,cried immediately after birth, uneventful pregnancy. When patient was three months of age, wt 3kg, he developed shortness of breath since 3 days and was hospitalised and diagnosed as bronchopneumonia and hb electrophoresis with high HbA2
When pt was 3 years of age, while sleeping he suddenly woke up and started walking raising his arms, crying and not responding. During that time he had hepatomegaly (according to dr notes)
In 2022 in a quest to understand his problem they started evaluating him again
