This is an Online E Log Book to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking her signed informed consent. Here we discuss our patient's problems through series of inputs from available global online community experts with an aim to solve thos patient's clinical problems with collective current best evidence based inputs.
PPM 1 - OPD:
30F with history of severe joint pains 15 years back followed by inflammatory pruritic painful skin lesions and scarring alopecia gradually progressive over 15 years with intermittent healing and recurrence.
