29M With Left foot Pain and Dislocatory Distortions Telangana PaJR

20-03-2025

THIS IS AN ONLINE E LOG BOOK TO DISCUSS OUR PATIENT'S DE-IDENTIFIED HEALTH DATA SHARED AFTER TAKING HIS SIGNED INFORMED CONSENT. HERE WE DISCUSS OUR PATIENT'S PROBLEMS THROUGH SERIES OF INPUTS FROM AVAILABLE GLOBAL ONLINE COMMUNITY EXPERTS WITH AN AIM TO SOLVE THOSE PATIENT'S CLINICAL PROBLEMS WITH COLLECTIVE CURRENT BEST EVIDENCE BASED INPUTS.

[20-03-2025 10.26] PPM 1: OPD now: 29M with foot pain. Coincidentally we had a morning

presentation by our radiology around a patient with foot pain due to Muller Weiss syndrome and while

this is still playing on my mind, I guess the diagnosis for this patient may turn out to be something else!

 We'll revert after an X-ray.

[20-03-2025 11:23] PPM 3: Can be neuropathy sir...

[20-03-2025 11:58] PPM 1: What is the gait of a patient with neuropathy (foot drop) called?

[20-03-2025 11:59] PPM 1: 👆 This is another past OPD patient with a neuropathic gait. Let us have

your thoughts on what differences between the two you can observe

[20-03-2025 12:05] PPM 3: Looks like a broad based gait sir

[20-03-2025 12:07] PPM 3: Instead the 29M shows weakness and slight stomping in his gait

[20-03-2025 13:18] PPM 2: Antalgic gait on the left.

[20-03-2025 13:55] PPM 3: Arthritis related?

[20-03-2025 16:59] PPM 1: Possibly enthesitis although we were suspecting avascular

 necrosis of tarsal bones

@~PPM4 can you find out from Radiologist if his x-rays were reported by our radiology?

[20-03-2025 17:10] PPM 4: Not yet reported sir

Will ask them and share here sir

PPM 1 - 👍
