01-03-2025

THIS IS AN ONLINE E LOG BOOK TO DISCUSS OUR PATIENT'S DE-IDENTIFIED DATA SHARED AFTER TAKING HER SIGNED INFORMED CONSENT. HERE WE DISCUSS OUR PATIENT'S PROBLEMS THROUGH SERIES OF INPUTS FROM AVAILABLE GLOBAL ONLINE COMMUNITY EXPERTS WITH AN AIM TO SOLVE THOSE PATIENT'S CLINICAL PROBLEMS WITH COLLECTIVE CURRENT BEST EVIDENCE BASED INPUTS.

Afternoon session ward 1:

65F with metabolic syn, CAD, CCF and lower limb vasculitis possibly either due a recent viral or drug induced

Yesterday we were confused with the older lesions that looked like non palpable purpura but today we saw these newer lesions that are definitely palpable.

She presented to us not only with the cutaneous vasculitis but also had acute LVF that was likely precipitated by a non STEMI as evidenced by her serial ECGs.
