23F with @PPM3 with intermittent chest pain and fever since 1 month, on admission anasarca, hypoalbuminemia 2.5 to 2.0 and azotemia with mild proteinuria on a single 24 hour protein assessment possibly inadequate collection. In view of the chest pain, PUO and evolving ECG changes what are your thoughts @PPM4 @PPM5?
