64M admitted on 16/2/25 with painless progressive shortness of breath since 1 week!

Bedside phenotype 64M
Has diabetes Hypertension since 20 years
Blind since 5 years due to chronic simple glaucoma when he gradually lost his complete vision in 3-6 months!
Empathy data: While taking the history of his blindness the patient broke down saying that he wouldn't be able to talk about that experience of losing his vision over 3 months. Even when he tries to think about it his tongue starts trembling!
