Afternoon bedside now:
55M with a sudden onset of this movement disorder and shortness of breath since two days

Bedside: Also noticed a nice clubbing in both hands.
Not sure what to call this: bench or bedside! He just went for MRI but before that we used this machine to pick at his heart and we generally call it bedside clinical imageology 👇

His main issue was left upper limb partial seizures currently controlled on AED levetiracitam 1g twice daily
His contrast MRI is attached and shows a peculiar lesion on both sides although his partial seizures were unilateral.
